Summer break is officially over. Practice schedules are in full swing in preparation for the competition season debut. The process till the first competition can become stressful, which is why taking the time to pamper yourself after practice is much needed. Here are four ways to recover after a long practice.
1. Layout by the Beach or Pool
There is nothing more relaxing than laying out at the beach or by the pool. After spending countless hours in the rink, you’ll skin will love exposure to some Vitamin D. Don’t forget your sunscreen!
Pampering your feet with your teammates, what’s more to love? Kick your feet up and enjoy a relaxing massage after practice.
Treat yourself to a warm bath filled with bubbles and bath bombs. Feeling a bit sore after practice? Throw in epsom salt to ease pain and muscle cramps!
4. Face Masks
Want something relaxing to do in between practices? Whether it’s a Lush face mask or a paper face mask, this will add a fun pampering session with your teammates.
